Mission fulfillment is operationalized through an integrated planning and evaluation framework anchored in the秣腴瓥埳 Strategic Plan 20242034畝nd 做厙勛圖s local action planning. 做厙勛圖 uses the浴istrict-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)疾stablished疳n the Strategic Plan as the primary measures to眩rack,痂onitor, and evaluate mission fulfillment at the college level, ensuring alignment between district priorities and local implementation.
These KPIs assess progress in mission-critical areas, including student success and completion,疾quitable畝ccess and outcomes, teaching and learning effectiveness, employee experience, organizational sustainability, and community engagement. At 做厙勛圖, district-level KPIs are analyzed locally, disaggregated by student and employee populations where畝ppropriate, and used to understand trends,疳dentify疾quity gaps, and痂onitor皰rogress over time.

- No more than 8 of the 24 KPIs are At Risk
